I would not call all people who break into cars “thugs” — some are just kids with no money and nothing to do. in fact, I think the term thug should be limited to people who beat up people, not folks involved in economic crimes, not that I like those folk either….

Good point, and paradoxically… I painted Fireweed on the ceiling of my kitchen before I painted it on the exterior.

The key thing to consider in either case is the amount of direct sunlight the surface will receive; more sun = more of the familiar color.

If you’re considering Fireweed, definitely paint a big area of it to test as it doesn’t look at all like the bridge. Outside might work as the article says, but for interiors it doesn’t have the same effect.
